Typhoon Bising Returns to PAR

As of July 6, Typhoon Bising or Danas, reentered the Philippine Area of Responsibility in Basco, Batanes.

Bising’s maximum sustained winds are now at 150 km/h — likely its peak intensity, according to PAGASA. It has gustiness of up to 185 km/h. Flights from Itbayat to Basco were not suspended with this video from Dave Leprozo, Jr.

as of July 7.

Signal no. 1 is up in the Batanes area.
