TS Paolo drowns farmlands along Isabela, Cagayan anew

Tropical Storm Paolo has driven more problems for the hapless farmers as their produce drowned anew on 3 October 2025. The series of storms that hit the agricultural lands in the region in the past months affected their income, and TS Paolo reduced the farmers’ income for October again.
The Cordillera News Agency believes in working collaboratively in community empowerment, in promoting the equitable sharing of resources, and preservation of culture and environment, furthering concerns in health, education, food security, and current issues in the mountain region.
