Palay wholesale prices down in Rizal, Tabuk

Farmers’ Woes. Sundried rice grains along the Rizal, Kalinga road are waterlogged by TS Paolo driving the wholesale price down. Hope to recover from the losses from the past series of storms with the drying palay were lost as rains wet the produce last 3 October  2025 when TS Paolo hit the north Luzon area.
