Except those functions involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster response and/or provision of vital services.
NOTE: Classes in all levels both public and private have already been suspended in respect to City Ordinance No. 5, series of 2023 declaring Special Non-Working Holiday every first Friday of October in celebration of Teachers’ Day in Baguio City.
