HRAB holds Pasta Mania at SM Atrium

The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio held the first Pasta Mania at the SM Atrium on 2 October 2025 serving five tons of pasta in different flavors according to Baguio Country Club General Manager and President of the HRAB Anthony de Leon.
De Leon said that the portions of pasta could serve some 15,000 individuals who will partake of the activity as part of the celebration of HRAB Week in the city.
Some 16 restaurants and schools participated in the Pasta Mania using different flavors apart from the usual Italian spices and ingredients. De Leon said that this was a fusion of the Italian and indigenous flavors in the preparation of the cuisine.
The HRAB on its 10th year endeavors to bring back the visitors and tourists to the city and hope that government efforts at improving the access to the city improve. De Leon said that the city has the best of the best restaurants in the north and that the new activities should attract the visitors to the city.
