BENECO to include Green Energy Auction charges to consumers

Issuing Advisory – 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟎𝟏 of the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) informed consumers that all member consumer owners (MCOs) that collection of Green Energy Auction Allowance (GEA-ALL) charges with the rate of Php 0.0371/kWh will be implemented effective January 2026 billing cycle.
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) issued the advisory on January 28, 2026 that this would take effect in the January bills of consumers.
