San Pablo Seminary gets NCCA Accreditation

Rev. Fr. Shierwin Cabunilas receives the accreditation of San Pablo Seminary, Inc,. from NCCA accreditation head Mr. Christopher Lucindo and Mr. Chit Asignacion.

The National Commission for Culture and Arts awarded Rev. Fr. Shierwin Cabunilas the Accreditation of the San Pablo Seminary, Inc. last 5 November 2025 through NCCA accreditation head Mr. Christopher Lucindo and Mr. Rodelio Candor.

NCCA briefed members of Baguio NGOs, POs, and groups on NCCA grants and accreditation requirements. 

The Accreditation officially recognizes San Pablo Seminary as a Peoples’ organization and educational institution qualified to apply for NCCA grants in 2026.

 

Rev. Fr. Shierwin said that the accreditation will allow the SPS to improve the library facilities of the college for seminarians of the Diocese of Baguio.

 

Lucindo and Candor briefed the group of non-government organizations, Indigenous Peoples Organizations, individuals, and groups on the available grants from the NCCA and the way to get accreditation to qualify for the grants. They said that they are travelling around the country to inform the organizations about the available funds that promote the arts and crafts in the country.
