Kayapa, Nueva Viscaya – Locals, teachers, and students hang on to cables of the damaged steel hanging bridge on their way to school to cross the swollen river in Barangay Pinayag and Latbang in Kayapa, Nueva Viscaya July 6, 2025 as Typhoon Bising or Danas returned to the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
