The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) turned over various medical assistive devices and emergency kits to Barangay Oloybuaya in Tarlac, which was recently affected by calamity, on May 26, 2025.

Representing PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles, Assistant General Manager for Charity Sector Arnel Casas led the turnover ceremony held at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.

On behalf of the community, Barangay Councilor Darwin M. Palaganas received 150 first aid kits, two weighing scales, two oxygen tanks, and five trauma bags complete with medical emergency necessities.

“Ito po ay magagamit naming tuwing may bagyo o trahedya na nangyayari sa aming lugar kaya po ang aming barangay ay tunay na nagpapasalamat po sa aming natanggap sa inyo,” said Councilor Palaganas, expressing gratitude to PCSO for the assistance.

The distribution of these supplies forms part of PCSO’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aims to assist individuals and institutions in need through disaster preparedness and relief efforts, educational support, environmental awareness, and protection initiatives.
