Spencer Chua photographs a flying bird above the carts that have not budged.
Some 18 photographers opened on 7 September 2025 an exhibit entitled, “Sa Pisngi ng Langit” at the Luisa’s Café along Session Road.
Egay Aguilar shows opposite directions on different road levels.
“What you see here are not just photographs. They are vignettes of the city’s spirit,” said organizer Luis Liwanag.
Jorge Lucas shows the hustle at Hilltop Market in the early morning when middlemen cart away goods to sell.
“The exhibit was born from the streets where life unfolds raw, unscripted, and unrepeatable. Out there, we don’t just see,” says Liwanag. “The street teaches us to listen, to immerse, to find our vision and our voice,” he adds.
Frank Cimatu says, “They’re mapping the soul of Baguio. This is the Baguio that tourists should discover.”
