After two weeks of intermittent and inclement weather  brought about by Ts Carina and induced Habagat a colorful sunrise and cloud formation appears in Baguio City’s Eastern Skies as seen from  Mirador Jesuit Villa and Ecopark a former Weather Tracking Site, (Manila Observatory) due to its elevation conducive to weather gathering activities. Dave Leprozo Jr.
