Member-artists of the Indigenous Peoples for Arts and Culture Empowerment or IPACE “write” stories on the retaining walls in South Central Aurora Hill, Baguio City through artwork.

The mural project entitled “Winds of the Hill” is a joint project of IPACE led by Handiong Kapuno and the City Government of Baguio as a tribute to the rich cultural heritage of the entire Aurora Hill Community.

Ten artists, namely Ronald Allan De Leon, Guillienne Sanchez, Kapuno, Kunaya Lopez, Elizardo Ituriaga Jr., Santos Oyan, Ane Janelle Muena, Jake Busacay,  Glynesha Kaela Villanueva and John Paul Gahid are leading the wall painting which started on Aug. 6, 2025.
